Abstract


Construction is the pillar industry of China's national economy , China's economic growth rate and the overall change in the pattern of economic growth and the construction industry at large . To accelerate the pace of reform and development of the construction industry , the construction industry need to improve the overall quality and competitiveness , establish standards , scientific , and improve construction quality management system , and comprehensively improve the quality of the construction industry . Central air conditioning installation works as a division of engineering construction , the quality of the entire construction project management indispensable part of quality management . The past 10 years , China's central air-conditioning industry growth rate of 20 %, about 10 times the international level , has become second only to the United States, Japan 's third-largest producer of air-conditioning equipment , the annual output of close to 10 million units. Improve the quality of central air-conditioning installation work , will be able to provide people with a comfortable living and working environment . Thus improving the quality of central air-conditioning installation work of great significance . Based on the study of basic construction quality management theory , based on the engineering example , the central air-conditioning installation project quality management were studied.
