Abstract


Dalian Jia Yang Wood Products Co., Ltd. ( hereinafter referred to as best foreign company ) is a flooring, furniture and other wood products based enterprises. As the international financial crisis evolved recession , leading to global wood products industry downturn. For the best foreign companies, currently there are two main problems . First, insufficient supply of raw materials , channel instability , prices rise. Second, the company mainly produces OEM products, production of small independent brands , the market less competitive . The main significance of this study lies in the following two points : First, how to solve the problem of raw materials Jia foreign companies . Not only to ensure a stable supply of raw materials , but also reduce the purchase cost of raw materials ; second is how to develop the company's own brand. By expanding its own brand products production and sales , started their own brands, companies rely on changing the existing OEM subsistence conditions , realize the company by leaps and bounds . The study is divided into six chapters : Chapter 1 is an introduction to explain the background of this research and its significance , the relevant theory , and research ideas and methods . Chapter 2 good external environment for foreign companies analysis, including analysis of the macroeconomic environment , industry environment analysis . Chapter 3 for best foreign company's internal environment analysis, including resource analysis , capacity analysis . Chapter 4 to develop good foreign company's development strategy . Through SWOT matrix analysis to formulate appropriate development strategy, namely vertical integration strategy. Chapter 5 for the company's development strategy, including the sawmill building and building their own brands in two parts. Chapter 6 corporate strategy safeguards. Including the protection of corporate culture , human resources and support , organizational structure protection, and protection of strategic alliances .
