Abstract


Into the 21st century, China's urbanization has accelerated noticeably. Along with the rapid development of urbanization, land conflicts due to various reasons also intensified, contradictory, significant harm has been the country's political stability and sustained and healthy economic development caused some negative impact. In this paper, the process of urbanization in our land conflicts and coordination to do the appropriate research. Papers from the urbanization process in China in the new characteristics of land conflicts start, then all parties to the conflict between the interests of the game and its hazards were analyzed for the process of China's urbanization and land conflict-ridden society increasingly fierce and extremely harmful to the problem, conflict generated by analyzing the various incentives and targeted coordination proposed countermeasures and suggestions of conflict. Thesis is divided into five parts. The first part of the process of urbanization in China's land conflicts and coordination of fundamental analysis. On urbanization, land conflicts and other basic concepts are explained, and the process of urbanization in China's current land conflict in a preliminary analysis, pointing out that at this stage of land conflicts have affected range, contradictions, extent intense, touching levels deep New features. The second part describes the process of urbanization in China land conflicts and coordination theoretical basis. Including Marxism on land conflicts and coordination of the basic theory and research status. The third section focuses on analysis of China's urbanization process in land conflicts between the parties and the negative impact on the game. Namely between the central government and local governments at all levels of government and the rural collective economic organizations and their members among individual farmers, local government and the main land users developer relations between the interests of the game, and from the social stability, food security, efficiency of resource allocation and other aspects of land described this abnormal negative impact on the interests of the game. The fourth part of the land conflicts arising on China's economic, social, historical, institutional and other reasons, especially for the drawbacks of the existing land requisition system carried out in-depth analysis. Section V presents the process of urbanization in China land conflicts and coordination problem solving methods and approaches. Through a clear collective land ownership, restoration of collective ownership of land property rights collective farmers improve power system of property rights, the introduction of a unified \, and improve government management, limit government's land acquisition profits, inhibit government land impulsivity.
