Abstract


Household as the main object of the real estate management , layered diagram records information about housing position in three-dimensional space , structure , shape , level , reflects the housing within the ownership relations and ownership range , is an important basis of the housing property . Therefore, the the management good household division drawing reflects the the housing internal structure , property rights , and other real estate information is particularly important . In this context , the use of of SuperMap RealSpace GIS ( real space GIS) technology is proposed to build a the housing internal three-dimensional model of a use of household division drawing method to construct three-dimensional model of the Housing monomer at the same time to establish the three-dimensional structure of the housing within . The building housing three-dimensional model of the three-dimensional scene in RealSpace free visualization operations , and be able to enter the housing internal roaming View housing internal structure . The content of the work of this article is to create household division drawing , diagram based on housing or construction plans to create a half wall used to divide the housing internal structure within the housing internal ; then the projection hierarchical splitting diagram to the basis of topographic maps to complete the hierarchical division of households Figure locate , storage warehouse mapping storage associated with real estate information ; projection , based on adjacent segments, and the angle between the consistency of thinking household division drawing shape matching and stored separately matching graphics; based on SuperMap RealSpace technology last stretch , texture mapping operation to build a three-dimensional model of the housing of monomers and Housing internal shape matching graphics , and visualization of three-dimensional model operation under in RealSpace three-dimensional scene . Through this approach , we can be a high-efficiency , low-cost building the housing internal three-dimensional model , RealSpace big scene 3D model visualization ( macro ) and indoor space environment , the combination of the the housing internal structure roaming (micro) ; combination of real estate management to achieve the completion of the the housing internal three-dimensional modeling work in the real estate mapping storage and management, real estate information 3DGIS technology to achieve the two-dimensional real estate and three-dimensional integrated management ; while the modeling method can also be widely used in other areas, such as the field of real estate promotion, the housing internal pipeline construction and management , intelligent building management , security management , and anti-terrorism .
