Abstract


[Objective] To many papers have reported blocking intestinal lymphatic flow can reduce lung injury enterogenic However, few studies concern the role of the intestinal lymph duct ligation or drainage inflammation subsided . The purpose of this study is to observe the intestinal lymphatic drainage in the due the lung injury inflammation subsided process in the role of intestinal ischemia-reperfusion . [Methods] male SD rats were randomly divided into sham group , intestinal ischemia-reperfusion (I / R) and ischemic lymphatic drainage group ( MLDD ). The three groups of rats , respectively, at the scheduled time ( after ischemia 0h , 1d, 2d, 3d, 4d, 6d) point was executed take lavage fluid and lung tissue . Record the lavage fluid WBC count, neutrophil count , lung homogenates of IL-10 , TNF -α , ICAM -1 levels , and do the pathological analysis of lung tissue . We have introduced a series of the inflammation subside index as the main indicator of the inflammation subsided speed . 【Results】 six days the inflammation subside process in continuous observation , compared with ischemic intestinal lymphatic drainage reduces the total number of leukocytes and the neutrophil count , inflammation subsided but can not shorten the time interval (ie from neutrophil reach the maximum neutropenia half the time , Ri) (P = 0.152). Compared with ischemia group , the intestinal lymphatic drainage can be reduced 6h and 1d when WBC , neutrophil count , TNF-α levels and increased IL-10 levels ( P lt; 0.05 ) , however, in a subsequent point in time ( 2d, 3d , 4d , 6d) above indicators did not change significantly . [Conclusion] intestinal lymphatic drainage has some anti-inflammatory effects and can reduce intestinal ischemia-reperfusion -induced acute lung injury , but can not promote inflammation subsided .
