With the city's development and people's living standards improve, the amount of sewage generated in the city is rapidly increasing, at the same time, people pay more attention to the sewage treatment efficiency. Sewage treatment at the same time, a large number of production and handling of sludge is also an urgent problem. Sludge is generally concentrated in the following three ways: first, the remaining sludge processing (microwave), sludge liquefied and then return to the the biochemical pool for further processing; biological wastewater treatment process to reduce sludge production: in situ degradation by excess sludge does not produce excess sludge (uncoupling). In this paper, for the second point in the process of biological wastewater treatment sludge reduction. Design aerobic - anaerobic device, the remaining sludge reflux, sewage treatment and excess sludge reduction in the sewage treatment system. In this study, the chemical wastewater biofilm sludge reduction test, the following conclusions: (1) in the sludge reduction system, microbial habitat, the endogenous metabolites formed at the BF fiber filler sewage the mud reductions internal and BF filler composite of biological contact oxidation pond whom the objective to create a good environment. Therefore, we concluded that microbial life activities and material changes are closely linked. (2) The sludge concentration is one of the factors that affect Sludge Reduction (3) mass transfer and temperature affect the system to achieve the effect of sludge reduction an important factor. The appropriate stirring effect and appropriate temperature, is an important condition to ensure efficient operation of the system. (4) the reduction of excess sludge in continuous operation six months in the A1 segment into the water 24m3 / d, HRT3.11h conditions, reached 89.5%. The temperature was controlled at 25 ° C -40 ° C to ensure normal system operation effect and get a good effect of sludge reduction. (5) In the continuous sludge reduction system A2 also exists with strengthening and stabilizing effect of the reduction of the sludge, the sludge reduction of the entire system. (6) The system has a high-quality effluent quality. The effluent COD and BOD removal rates were 86.8% and 90.4%, respectively. (7) with respect to other sludge treatment and disposal methods, the test is in the system to achieve the reduction of excess sludge, it did not too much investment in equipment and energy consumption, but also to achieve source control, source of governance cleaner production objectives. Sludge reduction, adapted to the need for a sewage treatment system to achieve a virtuous run prevent secondary pollution sewage treatment, sewage treatment more environmental benefits. In this study, the new BF biological filter media used in a composite contact oxidation pond oxygen - aerobic system, anoxic - aerobic sewage treatment system, the test, the remaining sludge as a resource, the return sludge to the A1 segment of the system, the biofilm reduction of sludge and sludge reduction system treatment effect do a more detailed analysis and research, the sewage treatment process sludge reduction.
