Abstract

The birth of organophosphorus pesticides so that our crop yields greatly improved, but a lot of use of organophosphorus pesticide impacts on the environment can not be ignored. Recent studies show that not only can organophosphorus pesticides on inland soil, air and water pollution, in some estuaries and coastal waters of detection is also found in the presence of a large number of organophosphorus pesticides. This will be the most common methyl parathion, malathion, monocrotophos three kinds of organophosphorus pesticides as pollutants, the choice of amphipod biological River Eumenes pomiformis win gossip as test organism to study three kinds of organophosphorus pesticides on the River Eumenes pomiformis win enjoys toxic effects, to strengthen the protection of coastal marine environment to provide a scientific basis. The main research contents and results are as follows: 1. Through acute toxicity experiment, methyl parathion, monocrotophos, malathion enjoys the river Eumenes pomiformis win LC50 (LC50), maximum safe concentration (NOEC) , the lowest effect concentration (LOEC); research methyl parathion, monocrotophos, malathion win enjoys the river Eumenes pomiformis acute toxicity. The experimental results showed that: methyl parathion, malathion, monocrotophos enjoys the river Eumenes pomiformis win the 96h LC50 of 1.4μg · L-1, 2.9μg · L-1, 20.8μg · L-1. Comparison of three organophosphorus pesticides physicochemical parameters and the experimental results, the three kinds of organophosphorus pesticide methyl parathion most toxic, followed by malathion, monocrotophos lowest toxicity. 2 by chronic toxicity test, master methyl parathion, monocrotophos, malathion enjoys the river Eumenes pomiformis win vivo superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) activities of antioxidant enzymes and Valley glutathione (GSH) rats. The experimental results showed that: the exposure concentration under the same conditions, SOD, CAT activity and GSH content, as the overall exposure time appeared first increased and then decreased tendency, but there is suppressed, such as methyl sulfide phosphorus 1.5gg · L-1 concentrations of SOD activity in the experimental section 7 days suppressed, while the other group did not appear significant inhibition. 3 by single cell gel electrophoresis, determination of methyl parathion, monocrotophos, malathion win Eumenes pomiformis enjoys the river of DNA damage. The experimental results show that: with three kinds of DNA damage of pesticide concentration increases the number of cells growing. Methyl parathion 1.5gg · L-1 concentrations of cell damage rate of 100%; malathion 3gg · L-1 concentrations of cell damage was 72%; monocrotophos 20gg · L-1 concentrations cell damage was 67%.
