In this paper, the HST-100 carrier tribometer simulate the pantograph and contact wire service carrier tribological properties of C / C composites were studied. The flexible contact conditions contact pressure fluctuation amplitude, frequency and speed of the friction and wear characteristics of the material carrier. Using a scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and X-diffractometer (XRD) characterization of the pin specimen friction surface morphology were explored different parameter conditions download flow friction and wear mechanisms. The research results show that the volatility of the contact pressure of the material quality of the carrier and the friction and wear properties, the amplitude of the larger, more obvious role, so they requested that the locomotive is running the fluctuation range of the the bow the Internetwork contact pressure values ??as small as possible. With the increase of the frequency to contact pressure, friction coefficient and wear volume was increasing trend to improve the quality of current-carrying. So in the case of fixed locomotive running speed, the appropriate increase pressure frequency, narrow railway engineering catenary span, can improve the quality of the carrier. As the speed increases, the coefficient of friction and wear were tested increasing trend, low-speed carrier efficiency and stability of the carrier by the speed. When the speed is greater than 25m / s, the efficiency of the carrier increases with the speed drastically reduced, the carrier stability increases with the speed increases dramatically reduced i.e. subject flow deteriorated, decline in the quality of the carrier. The microscopic analysis of the material in under the action of the arc energy that: compared with the fluctuations in pressure, the wear surface under a fixed pressure is relatively flat, with increasing the amplitude of the pressure fluctuation, the surface becomes rough, and there is a large area of ??the holes and ablative the traces appear; at low frequencies, the friction surface is rough, with the increase in the frequency of the contact pressure, the friction surface sliding direction gradually formed a thick layer of smooth friction film; material speed is low friction surface traces of abrasive wear relatively high speed under the condition of the wear surface is relatively smooth, the speed is high, the wear surface has a large number of voids and bare fibers, wear, surface roughness is not smooth, wear mechanism of transition from a lower speed to a high speed process, i.e., from The abrasive wear to oxidation evaporation erosion. Carrier friction and wear process, C / C composites arc erosion, deposition of carbon and carbon fiber surface gasification and carbon friction surface lubricating film. Surface is composed mainly by the carbon of the substrate and transferred from the friction disc Cu. C / C composite arc erosion mechanism of oxidation wear and slight adhesive wear.
