Abstract


This thesis around the amine -catalyzed allene ester and 1, n- dinucleophile cycloaddition reactions initiated. To allene ester synthons as 3C , the success achieved with the 1,3-C, O- bis-nucleophile , 1, nN, N- dinucleophile (3 n) cycloaddition reaction . With this method can effectively synthesize polysubstituted 4-H- pyran derivatives and 1,4 - diazepine and 1,5 - two nitrogen Fang Xin Yansheng matter . By using a chiral amine catalysts kinetic resolution couplet alkenyl ester and the separation of the reaction intermediates , we proposed through SN2'-SN2 ' and intramolecular Michael addition reaction mechanism .
