Abstract


In order to guarantee the transmission and distribution lines and ensure the equipments running in a safe and reliable state, it is important to patrol the lines by workers periodically or non-periodically. In order to ensure the continuous running of field lines in safe, reliable and good quality, this paper proposed an management information system solution for patrolling lines based on the GPS.A new Patrol Management System is brought forward according to the former research and the users’requirements; it is "management system and fault analysis". According to the steps of engineering software development, the users’requirements are analyzed and the functional figure is given in this thesis. Then the detailed designs of every step are given, and the all composed of hardware and the flow charts of the whole system in detail are showed in the thesis.Finally, this system was testified in Tangshan Power System. The result is that it has great engineering application value for improving reliability and safety of transmission line.
