Abstract


China 's rapid development of higher education at the same time , the level of mental health of college students in recent years presents a declining trend. Concern for Mental Health in psychological counseling to guide the student health growth has played a key role , to explore counseling for our students to become China 's major universities urgent task . Narrative psychotherapy in the narrative psychology based on the theory , the use of narrative methods to carry out a mental health education counseling . The purpose of narrative specific construct meaning and Construction personality , to narrate the story of their life by guiding visitors to achieve psychological counseling to address psychological problems . The psychotherapy method to fit the characteristics of the physical and psychological development of college students , and applied to the university counseling methods and techniques that can enrich the college counseling and psychological counseling into the lives of college students , and guide college students use their own strength to solve all kinds of obstacles and problems in life and learning , and eventually deconstruct the negative interpretation of the self , to achieve the perfect personality and sublimation . This paper summarizes the status quo of China 's college counseling , college counseling work inadequacies ; survey three universities psychological counseling professional teachers understand the situation and the use of narrative psychotherapy ; combination of physical and psychological development of college students stage characteristics of the particularity of the campus Environment explore its use to the superiority of the college counseling ; unique conditions according to the basic principles and techniques of narrative psychotherapy , college counseling , try to summarize applied to the principle of college counseling .
