Abstract


As science and technology innovation and development , the information age has brought great changes to society today unprecedented impact and challenges. Internet and its technology development and popularization , making it the following newspapers, radio, television after the \Network openness , interactivity and low cost feature enhances the information in interpersonal and inter-group synchronous or asynchronous communication capabilities, but because of its occult , extensive features such as the accuracy of the information and its transmission range are can not be effectively controlled , network public hot spots , focus events after another, on national security and social stability caused a great threat. Therefore , in-depth research focus events on social network evolution of public opinion , a sound network public opinion focus events early warning and response mechanisms , not only has a profound academic value, while maintaining national security and social stability has a strong practical significance . This paper focus events from social network basic concept of public opinion , the use of theoretical and empirical analysis of the method of combining social focus events systematic study of the evolution of network public opinion . From the theoretical analysis of the Internet public opinion focus events based operation and evolution of events , Internet users , the media and other key elements of content , construct based on social network public opinion focus events evolution model and the spiral model as an example discusses the evolution of the network the evolution of public opinion and the law , which made ??social network public opinion focus events monitoring and prevention, guidance and control measures , to further carry out the focus of the event to provide theoretical support network public opinion research .
