Abstract


At present, the northern region residential winter heating coal and electricity as the main energy sources, there is a large energy consumption, low efficiency, poor thermal comfort, CO2 emissions from large issue. As residential heating energy consumption accounted for 40% of building energy consumption, while building energy consumption and total energy consumption in the society occupies a large proportion, we can say how many residential heating energy consumption is directly related to the total energy consumption in our society. Solar Decathlon and Delta Cup International Solar Building Design Competition focuses on solar and other renewable energy sources in residential applications on the promotion of passive design in residential applications, demonstrated the passive use of solar energy to reduce or even avoid the heating energy consumption of residential buildings possibilities; same time, China Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Construction from 2006 onwards, began to organize the construction of renewable energy demonstration projects, these projects represented by solar renewable energy widely used in residential heating, and fully demonstrated our country in northern residential heating energy consumption problem seriously. However, compared to foreign \for collective housing passive heating design research and application. Read through a lot of literature, the author summarizes existing passive solar heating related theory, through the International Solar Building Design Competition award-winning programs and practical engineering analysis, from the theory, design concept to technical design strategy, from design to implementation project, summed up the collective housing for the northern region of passive solar heating technology application strategy. The author in 2011 Delta Cup International Solar Building Design Competition as an opportunity to start for Hohhot solar house design, through the analysis of the local natural conditions, combined with previously summarized passive solar heating technology strategy, from the building's overall planning and design, the outer building envelope design and graphic design, etc., to achieve passive solar technology and building integrated design; partition function through the indoor heat, ventilation and lighting of the organization, to create a comfortable indoor environment; Also in the design process, but also through Ecotect software simulation calculated the building interior ventilation, lighting, provide a scientific basis for the design. As a master's thesis project, the biggest feature is this theory with practice. Finally, I sincerely hope that this research and analysis reports for passive solar heating in the northern region to promote the application of collective housing to provide some valid reference and recommendations.
