In recent years , due to the diversification of the types of vessels , the ship 's large-scale , high-speed , traffic congestion , construction of bridges , harbor facilities increase , so the navigation environment has undergone intense changes , the navigation of the ship becomes more and more complicated , the ship drivers in a given environmental conditions , driving ships, for the safe and efficient operation of the ship task completion of the environmental conditions down boatmanship its boatmanship increasing degree of difficulty . This article is intended during the Bohai Sea waters waterway environmental safety assessment . Of the objective existence of a number of factors , affect the safety of the Bohai Sea , including ships , waterways , environmental , human factors , the crew psychological quality , and other factors affect the Bohai Sea, security analysis , in order to carry out the evaluation of the degree of risk of Bohai navigation environment , combined with collate the relevant information. Grey Theory , deep-level qualitative and quantitative analysis of risk as well as to determine the cause of the formation of the various risks . On this basis , summed up the Bohai Sea waters in the presence of various factors that endanger the security . Established a ship navigation environment risk evaluation , based on simulation results and experts of relevant research findings, at home and abroad and boatmanship consulting , risk evaluation criteria set for each evaluation , the application of gray system theory gray clustering and gray statistical evaluation methods , build a the Channel Waters dangerous degree evaluation model , and the model is applied to the specific evaluation of the risk of the waters of the Bohai Sea near fairway verify the applicability of the model . This evaluation method can be used to evaluate the of the fairways environment the degree of risk , evaluated on the basis of the degree of risk of the entire fairways environment . Can learn and master the evaluation , the waters environment, the degree of risk , and evaluation of ship navigation safety , and improve the waters the ship sailed bad environment and determine the degree of risk of the waters to provide the theoretical basis of the scientific .
