Of this research work is a combination of a car noise and vibration reduction project. Thesis relate to the content of test and evaluation of the performance of the vehicle powertrain vibration isolation, hydraulic suspension components dynamic characteristics test, vibration isolation theory, fluid mechanics, fluid-solid coupling, nonlinear theory. Vibration transmissibility in the theory of single-degree-of-freedom vibration isolation system damping ratio, frequency ratio, ideal stiffness characteristics powertrain mounting components damping characteristics requirements. And higher research models of car noise and vibration levels, do powertrain vibration isolation performance tests, analyze the isolation rate of each suspension point with engine speed changes, and mounting system were evaluated. Dynamic characteristics test of Hydraulic Mount, come to the the amplitude varying characteristics of the dynamic stiffness and damping lag angle with frequency varying characteristics, by comparison with other similar components found special amplitude-varying characteristics of the suspension elements of the study. In order to analyze the impact hydraulic suspension components dynamic performance parameters, based on its structure, works well as a simplified mathematical model, using the AMESim software to establish the simulation model. Input provided by the manufacturer of the model parameters to a simulation model, through simulation parameter settings, analog suspension the element dynamic characteristics test conditions to verify the correctness and accuracy of the simulation model. Research model parameters impact on the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic suspension components from the two aspects of the impact of the frequency varying characteristics of the suspension components and pieces of varying characteristics. Set excitation amplitude 0.5mm, excitation frequencies from 1Hz to 101Hz, for different values ??of the suspension components may affect the performance of the model parameters to simulate and analyze the to different frequency varying characteristics curve analysis compared the resulting curve, draw relevant conclusions suspension components designed to provide a reference. The set excitation amplitude 0.25mm, 0.5mm and 1mm, for different values ??of the suspension components may affect the performance of the model parameters to simulate and analyze its amplitude varying characteristics curve analysis compared the resulting curve, draw relevant conclusions for the suspension elements designed to provide reference. Clear the influence of various parameters on the hydraulic suspension elements frequency-dependent characteristics and amplitude-varying characteristics, according to the request made by the suspension system to match each suspension point suspension stiffness and damping characteristics of the components, suspension components design and manufacturing personnel can quickly adjustments related parameters to get more in line with the needs of the suspension components, improving the the momentum mounting system to improve vehicle NVH performance.
