Abstract

The topics described in this article from the cooperation project of the Technology Center of Jilin University with FAW Group, according to the needs of the technical center of FAW Group, developed a way to assist the development of debugging and testing, debugging and testing for automotive engine ECU equipment. The ECU electronic control technology introduced for the engine is the core of the automotive electronic control system, consisting of a microcontroller, input, output and control circuit. Signal processing through the input terminal, and then in accordance with the program and associated data in the memory of the signal processing of operation and a specific algorithm, the last by the output unit of the injector, the control of the ignition controller. ECU simple workflow. The poor working conditions of the automotive engine and changeable, which increase the difficulty of the development of the engine ECU. ECU needs to be able to work properly under different temperature, humidity, and severe vibration. Its corresponding environment in the process of the development of the engine ECU, in order to ensure that the ECU can operate reliably under various setting environments, it is necessary to make the appropriate hardware and software debugging and testing. This subject for the auxiliary automotive ECU development commenced, automotive engine ECU hardware or software vulnerabilities in order to be able to detect, to facilitate R \u0026 D personnel to repair it. In the process of debugging the ECU, under normal circumstances will not commence in a real car engine environment test, the more does not directly use the various types of sensor signal issued by the actual vehicle ECU debugging. Laboratory conditions, and test the limit of the cost of inputs, the developer is not easy to create the required the vehicles real work environment. Further, when the test an ECU, to examine stability of the ECU, to its aging test, i.e. allowed a long run to simulate actual conditions, to detect the performance of their long working. Developed a debugging aid system for the above. Including a few most of the signal source, load box equipment and interactive interface linkage thereto. Signal source, load box device capable of simulating a real engine sensor signal; interactive interface allows the observed experimental phenomena in the debugging process more intuitive, more convincing concluded. In this paper, the design requirements of the system to access a lot of relevant information and do the preparatory work. The subject hardware unit uses microcontroller STM32F107 development, through the USB interface and CAN interface chip provides as transfer interface, CAN interface with auxiliary debugging system signal source CAN bus load box docking; take advantage of the USB interface with a computer USB Interface docking. Custom CAN-USB communication protocol, the CAN bus data transfer to the host computer, and the development of man-machine interface of the host computer using VC, will receive the data for display or other processing. Also in the host computer's operating window, set the controls for the auxiliary debugging system sends specific control commands. Meet the requirements of the host computer using the USB interface, communication speed, ease of use, and other aspects; development and utilization of the host machine NI Measurement Studio controls, greatly shorten the development cycle. The main subject is commenced for the communications part of the man-machine interface part of the upper and lower bit machine interaction. Due to the development of the present system, can be obtained by analog means the relevant information of the engine operating conditions in the harsh environment. Improved security of the process of the ECU development, saving the engine ECU development time. Topics build host computer platform, greatly facilitate the the automobile engine ECU hardware and software debugging and testing, as well as a variety of on-site debugging and rapid diagnostic work.
