Today's auto market is more competitive car in addition to a variety of models to meet the requirements of power and economy, vibration characteristics, namely traveling ride and ride comfort also drawn increasing attention. However, the focus is usually for passenger cars and commercial vehicles, and some engineering vehicles were overlooked. Such as forest operations vehicles, agricultural vehicles, such as high productivity, but did not have any primary suspension system, therefore particularly intense vibration. Now, many forest jobs car manufacturers have expectations to improve vehicle productivity and shorten production time and reduce the amount of vibration of the vehicle. Therefore, in order to reduce the vibration generated by the road roughness, long-term remission driver fatigue, combined with the history and current situation of the domestic and international research, the need to study the the road vibration characteristics of forest operations vehicles, based on certain assumptions and structure simplifies SimMechancis environment to build a forest operations car vehicle model using Matlab to build the test track, the simulated vehicle driving test pavement track, and simulation results with the experimental results (the components vertical vibration acceleration and steering angle) contrast, to verify the correctness of the SimMechanics simulation model. Meanwhile, existing model based on the relevant literature, established in the Simulink model of different types of suspension, such as the seat suspension, the cab suspension and chassis and suspension respectively, these Simulink suspension model import SimMechanics vehicle simulation model, compare the suspension status and changes to the forest car road vibration characteristics with different suspension conditions, and to evaluate the effects of vibration different suspension system for reducing the vertical direction of the car parts. Based on the comparison of the simulation results, get in line to reduce vibration requires a combination of the type of suspension system, and the simulation results show an appropriate increase in the speed, the combination of the type of suspension system is still significantly reduce vehicle vibration, and also prove that the original simulation The accuracy of the model. The biggest innovation of this paper is to to use SimMechanics as modeling and simulation tools, instead of the traditional simulation tool ADAMS simulation and combined with tools such as Matlab and Simulink together to complete this topic. At the same time as the input of the simulation system to simulate the real test pavement track, instead of the other literature with reference to the ISO standard analog power spectral density of the general road as road roughness input, closer to the actual test results. All in all, this article explores the SimMechanics modeling and simulation of road vibration characteristics of the new ideas and provide a reference basis for the evaluation of other types of vehicles on the road vibration characteristics. Through analysis and comparison to verify the reasonableness of the simulation model to compare the different vibration characteristics under suspension and suspension situation, and to evaluate the impact of different suspension systems for automotive vibration that SimMechanics can be used as a new tool on the simulate the vibration characteristics of the vehicle, but more research is exploratory work needs to continue.
