ABSTRACT:As the raise of socio-economic level and the acceleration of integration process of Beijing and Tianjin,new demands are brought up to the Beijing-Tianjin transportation corridor. On the one hand, the increasingly frequent socio-economic activities and the rapidly growing intercity passenger demands require higher level and more convenient travel services; the other hand, the growing speed and frequency of the goods exchanging and flow ask for speedier and smoother transportation corridor between Beijing and Tianjin. Jing-Jin-Tang Freeway and Jing-Jin Freeway share most of the passenger and freight transport task because of their speedy, high capacity, efficient and safe technical and economic characteristics. However, the freeway management system is incomplete, especially the unreasonable formulation of toll rate, and the ambiguous function orientation, Jing-Jin-Tang Freeway and Jing-Jin Freeway still exist issues such as the distribution of traffic volume between them is illogicality, and both the passenger and freight transportation are lack of coordination. This dissertation defined the Beijing-Tianjin intercity freeway corridor which composed by the two freeways as research object, focusing on the transportation structure optimization of the corridor. The specific contents are as follows:First, the socio-economic development status of Beijing and Tianjin, and the composition of the Beijing-Tianjin comprehensive transportation corridor are sorted in detail, then the function of Beijing-Tianjin intercity freeway corridor is oriented based on the analysis of requirement and impact of regional socio-economic development and other related highways and railway between Beijing and Tianjin.Second, an entire system analysis technical process of transportation structure optimization is rasied and designed using the system engineering theory. Based on the transportation structure issues, the optimizing goal of Beijing-Tianjin intercity freeway corridor is put forward. After that, comprehensively overview the macro factors and micro factors of the transportation structure, and define the idea that changes the toll rates so as to optimize the transportation structure. Select bi-level programming model which based on SA feasible direction method after comparing the toll rate optimization methods and the approaches of bi-level programming model.Finally, the bi-level programming model based on SA (Sensitivity Analysis) feasible direction method is established using Matlab programming to simulate and solve the model. Then, examine the obtained toll rates and analyze the optimization results of transportation structure on Beijing-Tianjin intercity freeway corridor.
