The Graduate Employment faces greater pressure , the significance and role of the university employment guidance work has become increasingly important . College counselors are an important part of the university employment guidance system , the implementation of effective employment guidance shoulder of college students to cultivate and improve the employability of college students , to promote their successful employment , satisfied with the important task of employment . However, our college counselors to guide the process of this function to fulfill the employment of university students there are still many problems in this paper by the college students and the counselor questionnaire and interview surveys , the status quo of the current counselor employment guidance and issues summarized and analyzed , and the reasons behind the final recommendations . This study suggests that the overall effect of the counselor employment guidance work on the poor performance , which is caused due to a variety of adverse factors , including environmental factors both the counselor external system , also have counselors factors . To this end, a series of corresponding recommendations to solve the problem for schools is to rationally divide counselor job responsibilities , the establishment of scientific , targeted counselor career guidance work assessment and incentive system , fair treatment and full development opportunity to inspire enthusiasm for the work of counselors ; for the purposes of the counselor , you should start from ideas, their own quality , work methods and means , continue to enhance service awareness, and establish the concept of serving the overall situation , the whole concept of service , continuous improvement and innovation and employment concepts and methods of guidance , and continuously improve their professional quality and the overall quality , and ultimately achieve the purpose of improving the level and effectiveness of career guidance .
