With the free- space optical communication technology, widely used , the management of optical wireless communication systems demand is increasing. For conventional equipment , we usually use a single point of management, however, can not be achieved in this way for resource sharing between sites and information forwarded to the actual work inconvenience. This began for the introduction of network management approach , network management agent embedded in the device , through the TCP / IP network remote monitoring them effectively . The entire system by increasing management node to extend the functionality , with good performance and flexibility of use . This thesis of free space optical communication systems and SNMP features , applications and research status at home and abroad are briefly introduced , the proposed optical wireless communication network to be monitored several system performance parameters , and from the agreement , network, hardware and software introduced four optical wireless communications network management system composition and working principle . Next, a detailed account of NMS agent side and management -side design and implementation. In the design part of the system to achieve first a brief overview , followed by requirements analysis and system operating platforms and development tools , and then describes the system's functional modules , the final analysis of the system design and workflow. In the implementation section , according to different functional modules individually detailed description of the various modules of the implementation process . After the design and implementation of part of the system has been designed experimental study , the experimental results showed that: the system reaches the optical wireless communication link status, power status, ambient temperature and input and output optical power and other operating parameters of real-time network monitoring requirements. Finally, a summary of the entire work .
