Abstract


Objective Closantel two-component signal transduction system the inhibitor rivanol and in vitro inhibition of Candida albicans two-component signal transduction system in Candida albicans activity for future research and development of a highly efficient , security , to provide a theoretical basis for a broad spectrum of novel antifungal . 1 reference microdilution method in NCCLSM27-A program Determination of rivanol by Closantel and fluconazole alone in Candida albicans MIC and fluconazole , respectively combined with rivanol in and cyanuric chloride iodine willow the amine role in Candida albicans fluconazole MIC. RPMI-1640 liquid medium containing 10% fetal calf serum induced hyphae , impact Candida rivanol and Closantel dialogue hyphae were detected . Candida albicans by transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy , respectively, before and after Lee Stefano and the Closantel role ultrastructural changes . Results 1 . The Rivanol and closantel in vitro have the activity of inhibiting the growth of Candida albicans , and in combination with fluconazole , can significantly improve the sensitivity of fluconazole in Candida albicans . The 2 . Closantel significantly inhibited the ability of Candida albicans hyphae ; rivanol also has the ability to inhibit Candida albicans hyphae , but the inhibition of rivanol Candida albicans hyphae ability to significantly compared Closantel weak. 3 . Rivanol and Closantel after Candida albicans cell wall defects . The projected electron microscopy showed : rivanol and Closantel after Candida albicans standard strains , the cells were round, oval or pleomorphic , cell surface any budding, cell - wall - outer layer of the electron-dense layer is unevenly distributed , part missing , transparent layer of varying thickness , the part of the cell membrane collapse , partial destruction , and an increase in intracellular vacuoles ; scanning electron microscope : the rivanol and the Closantel after Candida albicans standard strain , surface wrinkles , depressions , uneven budding cells less randomly distributed indentation . Conclusion: The two-component signal transduction system is a new ideal antifungal drug target ; two-component signal transduction system inhibitors of Lee where promise and Closantel in vitro has significant anti- Candida albicans activity is a promising anti-fungal compounds .
