Abstract


Objective: To study and analyze the intracranial aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage patients with early disease and serum sICAM.1 content and prognosis. Methods: 56 cases were determined by ELISA intracranial aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage within 72 hours of onset of serum sICAM.1 content , combined with patient admission Hunt-Hess grade , Fisher grade and after discharge ( June to December ) GOS score and other information for statistical analysis . Result: an experimental serum sICAM-1 levels (228.88 ± 13.763ng/ml) than the normal control group (207.83 ± 16.945 ng / ml) (p lt; 0.05); 2.Hunt-Hess grade to grade Ⅲ - Ⅳ group of early serum sICAM-1 levels (234.00 ± 11.292ng/ml) above grade Ⅰ - Ⅱ group (222.96 ± 14.175ng/ml) (p lt; 0.05); 3.Fisher graded as grade Ⅲ - Ⅳ group of sICAM early .1 content (234.43 ± 10.823ng/ml) above grade Ⅰ - Ⅱ group (219.62 ± 13.336ng/ml) (p lt; 0.05); 4.GOS score 1-3 early grouping serum sICAM-1 levels (242.00 ± 7.550ng/ml) than 4-5 packet (224.07 ± 12.340ng/ml) (p lt; 0.05). Conclusion: intracranial aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage patients with early serum sICAM-1 was higher than the normal control group . Early serum sICAM-1 levels may reflect the clinical symptoms and the severity of SAH , clinical symptoms and more severe SAH , early serum sICAM-1 levels higher , GOS score lower . Early serum sICAM-1 levels could be used as an important indicator of early prognosis .
