Abstract


Emphysema is remote terminal bronchioles , including respiratory end bronchioles, alveolar ducts , alveolar sacs and alveolar long-term over- inflated , makes the terminal small airways irreversible damage has occurred , resulting in the terminal small airways elastic severely impaired . In recent years , the emergence of bronchoscopic lung volume reduction surgery (BLVR) opened a new minimally invasive treatment of severe emphysema patients road . At the bronchial built - in into the one-way valve , bronchial plugging induced atelectasis and bronchial Window of law . The article focuses on the pig the emphysema model line BLVR animals postoperative complications incidence explore the security and contrast before and after surgery BLVR lung function changes , observed postoperative atelectasis explore the therapeutic effect of the BLVR . We emphysema animal model from February 1, 2010 to 2010, 10 of the Experimental Animal Center of Jilin University of miniature pigs , eight miniature swine underwent lung CT scan , and then through the bronchoscope within two months after the one-way valve device placed target lung tissue of pigs again line the lungs of experimental animals CT and histological examination . The results showed that : volume is reduced compared to pig left lung CT than before the experiment is put into a one-way valve device , restore normal lung markings . Lung pathology observed in general : placed the valve distal lung visible appearance of the lung tissue volume limitations narrow , dark brown color . Pathological observation optical microscope after HE staining , place the valve distal lung tissue visible under the light microscope alveolar collapse significantly with the surrounding tissue formation boundaries . By fiberoptic bronchoscopy way valve unit lung volume reduction surgery is effective , and to provide new ideas, new methods for the treatment of advanced emphysema , as well as localization of bronchial one-way valve device provides a basic model.
