[Objective] To study Phosphate Sodium induced myocardial injury has a protective effect and its possible mechanism of spinal cord injury. 【Methods】 healthy male SD rats 54 weight 250 ~~ 300g. Randomly divided into nine groups of six. Sham control (TC) group, injury group (TS): SCI injury 6h (TS1), 12h (TS2), 24h (TS3) and 48h (TS4) and intervention group (TL): 6h SCI injury (TL1) The 12h (TL2), 24h (TL3) and 48h (TL4) point in time to the the abdominal cavity disposable injection Phosphate Sodium (200mg/kg), all animals in harvested after muscular injection of sodium phosphate 2h censorship. Laboratory of Biochemical collecting arterial blood 2ml, troponin I (cTnI) and creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) content from SD rat abdominal aorta with scalp needle aspiration, The enzymology indicators. Clipping the SD rats right apical myocardial tissue of the same parts, and the role of the protein lysate lysis, fluorescence quantitative PCR method Determination of CasRmRNA expression changes detected by Western blot CaSR protein changes in myocardial tissue extract relevant substances. Morphological characteristics of cardiomyocytes were observed using transmission electron microscopy means. [Results] TS group, the TL group at each time point serum cTnI and CK, CK-MB content were higher than the TC group (P lt; 0.05); the TS group cTnI content peaked at T1, T2, T3, T4 time points in descending order, the T4 is still below the level of the sham group (P lt; 0.05); TS group CK content peaked at T3 was the T4 still below the level of the sham group (P lt; 0.05); TS group content of CK-MB peak at T2, T4 is still lower than the level of the sham group (P lt; 0.05); TL group compared with the TS group cTnI and CK, CK-MB content at each time point below the same point in time the content of the TS group (P lt; 0.05). TS group, TL Group CasRmRNA expression levels at various time points were higher than the TC group (P lt; 0.05); the TL group each time point CasRmRNA expression were all below the same point in time the TS group CasRmRNA expression amount (P lt; 0.05) ; the TS group CasRmRNA expression levels in T1, T2, T3 showed an increasing trend at T4 expression level is lower than the other at each time point, but still higher than the TC group (P lt; 0.05); TS and TL, CasRmRNA expression amount of T3 was the most obvious difference (P lt; 0.05). TS group, TL group at each time point protein expression were higher than the TC group (P lt; 0.05); TL group at each time point CasR protein expression were lower than the same point in time TS group (P lt; 0.05); TS group CasR The amount of protein expression in T1, T2, T3 showed an increasing trend at T4 content is lower than the other at each time point, but still higher than the TC group (P lt; 0.05); visible TL group at each time point CasR protein expression levels in T3 when the TS group compared to the most obvious difference (P lt; 0.05). TEM results show that the TL group at each time point the majority of myocardial cell nucleus structure, sarcomere complete, the the muscle wire based clear and complete; basic normal mitochondrial structure, no swelling and vacuolar degeneration crest basic structure clearly, myocardial injury than TS group corresponding point in time light. [Conclusion] spinal cord injury will cause the rat serum cTnI, CK, CK-MB and cardiac tissue morphology the damage performance and CasR of high expression failed to return to its normal state and at 48h. Muscle sodium phosphate injection can significantly improve spinal cord injury-induced changes in serum cTnI, CK, CK-MB and cardiac tissue morphology. Phosphate Sodium reduces spinal cord injury in rats cardiomyocytes CasR expression at 24h in the role of the most significant role in continuing to 48h.
