Abstract


【Objective】(1) Explore the express status of Th cell in disease activity of AS and PsA.(2) Explore the difference in expression of Th cell between the AS and PsA.(3)Study the role and significance of Th cells in AS and PsA.【Methods】The research included 30 cases of AS patients (All of them are in line with 1984 amendedNewYork standard), 23 cases of PsA patients and 18 cases of healthy volunteers. They weredivided into AS group, PsA group and healthy control group. We recorded their demographicdata and disease activity data of AS and PsA. in detail and drew peripheral blood. Then, weanalyzed the frequency of Th cells in normal subjects’and AS and PsA. patients’PBMCs byFCM. We analyzed the correlation between these indexes and disease activity indexes. Further,Then, compared and analyzed the correlation with each other.【Results】(1)Compared with normal control group, AS and PsA patients was significantly higherfrequency of Th1 cells (P<0.05). Frequency of Th1 cells was positively correlated with BASDAIof AS and PASI of PsA.(2)The expression of Th2 cell in the three groups was no different.(3)Compared with normal control group, AS and PsA patients was significantly higherfrequency of Th17 cells (P<0.05). Frequency of Th17 cells was positively correlated withBASDAI of AS and PASI of PsA.(4) Compared with normal control group, AS and PsA patients was significantly lowerfrequency of Treg cells (P<0.05). Frequency of treg cells was Negatively correlated withBASDAI of AS and PASI of PsA.【Conclusions】(1)The Th1, Th17 cells may be involved in the pathogenesis of yard and PsA;(2)Compared with AS group, the Th1and Th17 may play a more important role.(3)The Th1 and Th17 cell was related with the activity of disease.
