Abstract

Chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis (chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis, CTL), also known as Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT), is a pathological features of thyroid lymphocytic infiltration autoimmune chronic inflammation of the thyroid gland, is the most common diseases in thyroiditis common middle-aged women. In recent years, the incidence of an upward trend. Reported in the literature: thyroid cancer by HT from malignant scholars believe that HT is a precancerous lesion. In addition, HT often co-exist with other thyroid diseases such as thyroid adenoma, thyroid cancer, nodular goiter, clinical manifestations, complex and diverse, misdiagnosis, wrong treatment. In this study, the analysis of high-frequency ultrasound sonographic features of HT patients, combined with the pathological features of the disease, ultrasonic imaging findings typing. The paper selected I both Houses of ultrasound intends diagnosis of space-occupying lesions of HT associated with thyroid surgical patients, 150 cases of the postoperative return are pathological HT by, the normal control group, 50 cases during December 2008 - January Retrospective analysis of the clinical features of the two groups, including general information, laboratory examinations, the following conclusions: 1, HT sonogram divided into six types: ① glands rough; ② diffuse scattered in small nodules; ③ diffuse in knot section type; ④ large flake echo reduction type; ⑤ scattered in the greater tuberosity partners glands echo reduce type; the ⑥ diffuse echo minimize type. 2 In this study, patients with HT male to female ratio of 1:7.82, and is more common in young and middle-aged. Female HT patients were found in various types of male patients with HT is more common in the diffuse scattered in small nodules and large flake echo reduce type. The scattered large nodules associated with glands echo to reduce the average age of patients with type too large. Of all ages HT ultrasound imaging in patients with typing are the diffuse scattered in small nodules most common. 3, this study showed that the HT6 type filled in nodules, large flake echo minimize type scattered large nodules associated with glands echo reduce diffuse echo reduce thyroid glands were thickening, thickening magnitude: scattered large nodules associated with glands echo reduce type gt; the large flake Echo reduce type gt; reduce type diffuse echo gt; diffuse nodular. 4, diffuse in nodular HT patients with TGA, TMA positive ratio; glands rough diffuse scattered in small nodules scattered in large nodules associated with glands echo reduce type, diffuse echo reduction of patients with type TGA, TMA negative rate ; the large flake echo reduce type TGA, TMA, positive, negative, the proportion of patients similar. 31.3% HT patients with thyroid cancer, pathological types are papillary carcinoma. 5, HT-type can be combined with other thyroid disease glands rough merger with higher rates of thyroid cancer, and diffuse scattered small nodular, diffuse in nodules, large flake echo reduction type casual partners in the greater tuberosity higher rates of glands echo reduce type with nodular goiter. HT ultrasound image characteristics proposed by high-frequency ultrasonic type, create a new objective diagnostic criteria, in order to improve the diagnostic rate of HT, and to reduce the rate of misdiagnosis.
