Abstract


Objective: To investigate MRI diffusion-weighted imaging and dynamic contrast-enhanced scans in the identification of thyroid benign and malignant space-occupying lesions in the value . Methods: The study is divided into two parts , the first part of the observation and study of diffusion-weighted scan , analyze and summarize the performance characteristics of DWI in thyroid disease ; second part of the analysis of dynamic enhanced features of 42 cases of thyroid occupying lesions . Results: When b = 300 s / mm ~ 2 , thyroid benign and malignant the two sets lesions between the ADC value difference was significant ( t = 3.85 , P lt ; 0.005) . When b = 500 s / mm ~ 2,800 s / mm ~ 2 , benign and malignant lesions differences was statistically significant ( t = 1.60 , P gt ; 0.05; t = 2.08 , P gt ; 0.05) . Space-occupying lesions in benign and malignant thyroid rising slope significant difference ( t = 5.72 , P lt ; 0.001) . Conclusion: MRI diffusion-weighted imaging and dynamic contrast-enhanced examination contribute to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of thyroid benign and malignant space-occupying lesions .
