In recent years , with the rapid development of network technology , accompanied by the business community and the scientific community advances , Internet data on an exponential growth trend , more and more data needs to be distributed storage . In order to improve the response speed of the system , facing a large number of concurrent requests , the distributed system must be replicated for each data object concurrent access to multiple copies of the needs have been met . Data replication technology is to improve data availability and data access performance of the important technology, but a large number of copies of data between the data consistency maintenance issues to the fore . Based on this , one based on gossip ( gossip ) architecture of distributed weak consistency maintenance strategies have been proposed. New strategy released from the data update , update dissemination and application of three steps Dynasty update , update processing in a distributed data have played a very significant impact , such as a copy of the management, dissemination of content updates , update propagation mode , update concurrency control and exception handling node failure . Adopt a new policy \Update concurrent process total order consistency. Gossip replica management is the core of the architecture , the use of vector timestamps way to manage data timing status ; way to record using the update log and dissemination update semantics. Gossip with traditional architecture , the new strategy in the copy manager introduced some copy status update log and statistical data , the traditional structure of the update mode of transmission has been improved , the use of anti- entropy sessions and the updating spread through Comparative statistics for both sessions , the two sides reached a consistent state guarantee under the premise of avoiding the spread of redundant log . Meanwhile, in the anti- entropy session object selection algorithm , it also made ‚Äč‚Äčimprovements to accommodate \the update log has been applied to crop fast , effective control of the log space occupied system , improve the system's space utilization.
