Hypertension is recognized nationally and internationally for major cardiovascular disease risk factors. Our country has conducted several studies have shown that a large-scale survey: males more than females, and showed an increasing trend year by year. The high incidence of hypertension and its complications have led to a variety of serious harm to our country's national health has become a major burden on our society. Therefore, hypertension is not only a medical problem, but also has become related to our national health and social burden of aggravating an important public health problem. And in particular, our concern is to make our standard blood pressure in hypertensive patients was only 6.1% [3]. The above data show that improving the prevention and treatment of hypertension, elevated blood pressure and strengthen the national compliance rate of hypertension awareness of the importance of today's health care workers can not shirk responsibility. Objective: clinical hypertension prevalence, awareness, treatment and associated risk factors survey to assess the treatment of hypertension in patients with hypertension for the misunderstanding, which can be targeted to further strengthen the prevention and treatment of hypertension measures. Method: 1, sampling methods: ① patients taking random cluster sampling method: 2010-2011, 574 cases were randomly selected in our hospital cardiology patients with hypertension. ② Outpatient Source: For 2010.9-11 month Cardiology outpatient hospital 758 cases. 2, content: inpatient and outpatient: natural conditions (age, gender), treatment causes, risk factors (smoking, hyperlipidemia, diabetes), target organ damage (kidney disease, heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, vascular disease), high- blood pressure prevalence, awareness of and medication. 3, the diagnostic criteria: the case of not taking antihypertensive medication twice or more times to get an unusual day average blood pressure measurement (SBP ≥ 140mmHg, diastolic blood pressure ≥ 90mmHg). 4, Statistical Methods: Original data entry, after screening analysis, relevant data χ ~ 2 test. Results: The first part: (1) the prevalence, awareness, treatment rate: 758 cases of patients with outpatient survey, there are 193 people suffering from hypertension, in patients with hypertension prevalence, awareness, treatment rates were: 25.46% , 75.65%, 62.18%; prevalence among men than women, with a statistically significant difference. Awareness and treatment rates were lower than women, but there are significant differences in treatment rates only. Inpatient treatment before hospitalization rate was 53.65%, higher than the male and female patients, a significant difference. Hypertension increased with age for. Among males between the ages of 30-50 the proportion of hypertensive patients significantly more than females. However, over the age of 50 hypertensive patients, the percentage of female patients was more than men. (2) treatment causes: outpatient and inpatient hypertensive target organ damage in patients with multiple treatment, the treatment of patients with hypertension, only about one tenth. (3) risk factors: hypertension inpatient survey found that the prevalence of diabetes in patients with hypertension was 22.65%, significantly higher than China's urban population, the incidence of diabetes. Male patients with smoking, alcohol consumption was significantly higher than those of women. Inpatient blood lipid levels were 325 people, accounting for 56.97 percent of those surveyed, 192 were women, the share of female patients compared to 61.74% for men and 133 people, accounted male ratio was 50.57% of patients, uric acid levels were 135 people, the proportion of total surveyed 23.52%, of which 82 were male patients, the proportion of male patients occupied 31.18%; female patients was 53, the proportion of female patients occupied 17.04%. Visible male patients in addition to diabetes, elevated blood lipids, other risk factors than females. Part II: target organ damage: Outpatient target organ damage in hypertensive patients with a probability of 37.8%. Among male patients was 40.96%; female patients with target organ damage rate was 35.45%; through χ ~ 2 test, χ ~ 2 = 0.6105, P gt; 0.05, not statistically significant. Inpatient target organ damage in patients was 87.8%, with heart disease is more common. But since the survey sample our hospital cardiology patients, the sample is unique, considering this is the cause of this survey is one of the important reasons. Part III: outpatient and hospitalized patients with the highest rate of former drugs CCB, and then followed by β-blocker, ACEI, ARB, diuretics lower rates. Patients with the highest rate of inpatient drugs for β-blocker, followed by followed: CCB, ACEI, diuretics, ARB. From the data, the current outpatient and hospitalized patients are applied before a consensus has been reached and abroad specification antihypertensive drugs. Hospitalized patients after standard medication has reached 100%, a marked increase in β-blockers and ACEI drugs, diuretics applications, scientific and reasonable. Conclusions: 1. Outpatient hypertension prevalence, awareness, treatment rates were: 25.46%, 75.65%, 62.18%; 2. Outpatients male, female prevalence rates were: 32.55%, 21.87%. Male prevalence in women, the treatment rate of less than women, were statistically significant. 3 patients with hypertension increased with age for. Among males between the ages of 30-50 the proportion of hypertensive patients significantly more than females. However, over the age of 50 hypertensive patients, the percentage of female patients was more than men. 4 of diabetes in patients with hypertension prevalence 22.65%, significantly higher than China's urban population, the incidence of diabetes. Male smoking, drinking, and increased blood uric acid conditions than females. 5 patients with hypertension target organ damage occurs, no significant difference between men and women. Inpatient target organ damage in patients was 87.8%, with heart disease is more common. 6 outpatient and inpatient highest rate of patients before drugs CCB, and then followed by β-blocker, ACEI, ARB, diuretics lower rates. Patients with the highest rate of inpatient drugs for β-blocker, followed by followed: CCB, ACEI, diuretics, ARB. Hospitalized patients after standard medication has reached 100%, a marked increase in β-blockers and ACEI drugs, diuretics applications. 7 outpatient and inpatient hypertensive target organ damage in patients with multiple treatment, the treatment of patients with hypertension, only about one tenth.
