Abstract


Innominate artery bleeding is one of the postoperative complications of tracheostomy , domestic and international literature on morbidity statistics about 0.1-0.7 % in the effective diagnosis and treatment of the case fatality rate can be as high as 100% . Innominate artery hemorrhage caused mainly due to the innominate artery in which the anatomical location of a variety of other factors as incentives to promote the innominate artery bleeding occurred , which select a location for tracheotomy innominate artery hemorrhage occurred harbinger performance , early diagnosis and treatment by the collection of the innominate artery hemorrhage cases were observed and analyzed in order to find a way to reduce mortality and improve the success rate of diagnosis , treatment and even prevention means .
