Abstract


Objective: To understand the Shanghai community family bed nursing the configuration status quo and analysis of existing problems; build a the Shanghai community family bed nursing human resource allocation conceptual model, a clear influence factors of the Shanghai community family bed nursing human resource allocation problem; government departments provide a theoretical basis for development of the Shanghai community family beds nurse staffing policy. (3) Shanghai beds in community family nurse job satisfaction survey results: overall satisfaction score was 3.3 ± 0.42, living in the general level of satisfaction. Specific dimensions, interpersonal satisfaction score was 4.36 ± 0.48, living in a satisfactory level; intensity of work satisfaction score was 3.59 ± 0.67, family bed management satisfaction score of 3.58 ± 0.65 hours, working conditions, satisfaction score of 3.53 ± 0.58 points, living in a quite satisfactory level; work prospects satisfaction score was 3.38 ± 0.82 points, social status, satisfaction score for the working pressure of 3.14 ± 0.75 points, satisfaction score was 3.03 ± 0.69, living in the general level of satisfaction; occupational risk satisfaction living in relatively dissatisfied with the level of a score of 2.61 ± 0.55 minutes; living in are not satisfied with the level of relative return satisfaction score of 2.49 ± 0.75 points. (4) through qualitative research, draw four main impact of the Shanghai community family bed nursing human resources: government community family bed configuration, the price of medical services in the medical insurance system, human resources for health, care and the training of personnel, etc. health policy; School of Medicine proofreading the cultivation of community care; The family bed nursing staff own factors; family bed patients to the care of the family bed. Conclusion: The Shanghai municipal government departments from the fundamental importance of the family care of beds and rational allocation of the number of family bed nursing staff to improve the structure of its configuration, the strict family bed nursing access and training to develop care management system and the legal system of the family bed, thus high-quality family bed nursing services to provide security for an aging city, to promote the implementation of the system of medical reform.
