Abstract


With the rapid development of the software testing industry , automated software testing more and more software developers attention. CE is the ContentEngine for short, is a set of produced for IBM Enterprise Content Management FileNet P8 series of business software is an important component. Content Engine (CE) to provide customers custom business objects and enterprise content management software services . ContentEngine addition to its very powerful feature , it also provides a complete set of API (Application Programming Interface ) used to do secondary development, this API is also a prerequisite for automated testing . Automated test systems APIFramework is by calling this API to achieve ContentEngine automated testing . In the study of software testing , automated software testing and automated test systems , based on the design and implementation of automated testing on ContentEngine system APIFramework, the system can automatically execute test cases to generate results to the testers , convenient, fast, can greatly improve the test efficiency. Because automated test system itself can also be called a software product , so it's strictly in accordance with MVC design and development software development specifications , from needs analysis , outline design, detailed design to final implementation. Design, the APIFramework into startup module , input modules, output modules , control modules such as the six modules, and test cases in the structure from top to bottom will be divided into three processes , test scripts and data separation method to increase test maintainability. By actual test work , the study found that the design of test cases can be very good to perform a given function , testers, just run the appropriate batch script , you can complete the output from running the test to automated execution.
