This thesis consists of three chapters. Chapter Cassia α-glucosidase inhibitory activity of constituents. Chapter hungry leech hepatoprotective effect of lipid-lowering. Chapter Cassia Research. Chapter Cassia inhibiting α-glucosidase constituents by silica gel column chromatography and gel chromatography separation and purification means isolated from Cassia Six compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic data analysis, identification of the structure of the compound, followed by methyl blunt Ye obtusin (1), United Cassia hormone (2), chrysophanol -8 - methyl ether (3), emodin (4), orange obtusin (5), emodin -1 - methyl ether ( 6). And the first of these six compounds and extracts of Cassia were inhibiting α-glucosidase activity study, found that ethyl acetate extract of Cassia α-glucosidase inhibitory activity of active fraction (IC50 = 932.8μg · mL-1) , cassia isolated compound 4 physcion (IC50 = 35.39μg · mL-1), compound 3 Chrysophanol -8 - ether (IC50 = 20.05 (μg · mL-1), a methyl compound blunt Chamaecrista Ming Su (IC50 = 16.21μg · mL-1) showed a significant α-glucosidase inhibitory activity of compound 1 methyl obtuse leaf obtusin activity better than Chrysophanol -8 - ether and physcion. Chapter hungry leeches liver lipid-lowering effect of the first study was hungry leech extracts of various parts of lipid-lowering activity of liver were studied, hungry leeches total leaf extract and leaf ethyl acetate extract has the most significant and lipids , hepatoprotective and anti-lipid peroxidation, hungry leech is a leaf ethyl acetate extract effective parts. hungry leech leaf ethyl acetate extract can be used to treat hyperlipidemia induced liver injury for the first time hungry ant locust extract various parts of hepatoprotective activity of acute liver injury were studied, hungry leeches leaves butanol extract also has good reduction of carbon tetrachloride acute liver injury in mice GPT, GOT and MDA values ??and enhance mice The role of SOD activity level, is hungry leech hepatoprotective effect of the main parts, development and utilization in the liver preparations. chapter chapter Cassia research the chemical composition and pharmacological activity from both an overview of the current research status Cassia. Cassia The main chemical composition of anthraquinone and naphthopyrans ketone compounds, anthraquinone is the main active ingredient Cassia. pharmacological activity, the Cassia has hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering, antihypertensive, hepatoprotective and anti-oxidation.
