Abstract


Rhubarb is one of the traditional Chinese herbal medicines commonly used varieties , the 2010 version of \to the roots and rhizomes of medicine . According to the literature of the \Anthraquinone Constituents as \The amount shall not be less than 1.5%. However, the main component of the rhubarb purgative sennoside compounds , the provisions did not make explicit content requirements . Senna glycosides are the main component of the rhubarb diarrhea , Japan and South Korea are characteristic of this class of compounds as rhubarb content measured ingredients . Rhubarb is one of the bulk export of traditional Chinese herbs , rhubarb quality standards of our existing inconsistent with international standards is clearly not conducive to exports and economic benefits of the medicinal rhubarb . To further improve the quality standards of the rhubarb , more objectively evaluate and control the quality of the rhubarb and herbs , to promote the Rhubarb quality standards with international standards , the study on the basis of the quality standards of \quality evaluation , two kinds sennoside ingredients containing measurement indicators , study its Determination , Determination of 48 batches of the market commodity medicinal rhubarb rhubarb and since the adoption of herbs , more scientific rhubarb objective quality standard draft . In this study, the following results : 1. Established under the same chromatographic conditions HPLC determination method for simultaneous determination of the two kinds of rhubarb sennoside A and sennoside B components . The methodological study , the method of separation is good , stable and reliable , practical, and provides a good method for the quality control of rhubarb . Content determination is carried out on a total of 48 batches of market rhubarb commodities herbs and self-sampling goods sennoside A and sennoside B two kinds of components using the above method , the statistical analysis of the results of Determination , proposed a more reasonable content limited indicators . 3, the proposed medicinal rhubarb new draft quality standards and drafting instructions .
