Abstract


Graves' disease is attributable to the motherland medicine \, infection, psychological factors, and immune dysfunction. Modern medicine TSH receptor antibody (TRAb) is the key to the pathogenesis of Graves 'disease, the increase in thyroid hormone synthesis and secretion from feedback inhibition of thyroid hormone are elevated in patients with Graves' disease the body TGAB, TPOAB level . TGAb and TPOAb In the immune response of Graves' disease may also play a role. Integrative Medicine has an important role in the treatment of hyperthyroidism, traditional Chinese medicine there are obvious advantages in improving clinical symptoms and to reduce the recurrence of hyperthyroidism. Chinese medicine with anti-thyroid drugs can improve the efficacy, reduce the relapse rate. In the clinical course of treatment, are often found to have different performance of different antibody levels in patients with hyperthyroidism. [Objective] To explore TGAb, TPOAb, TRAb in with Graves disease TCM-relationship, the study analyzed the differences in levels of antibodies of patients with various certificates, the potential link analysis of TCM with antibodies in patients with Graves' disease, which clinical syndrome treatment Service. [Methods] 72 cases for the study of patients with Graves' disease outpatient treatment in Oriental Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. By filling out the general information of the clinical records of investigations table records of patients, clinical symptoms, laboratory tests stopgap. Reference to the diagnostic criteria make Western medicine diagnosis and TCM Syndrome Diagnostic Classification, and process the data using statistical software. Find TCM patients through data analysis, antibody levels TGAb, TPOAb, TRAb whether there is a difference. Thus analyze whether there is correlation TCM and TGAb, TPOAb, TRAb antibodies. [Results] The Graves '' hyperthyroidism is mainly divided into scrambling Tanhuo, heart and liver Huo, hyperactivity type. Each type and light in weight according to the disease is divided into three groups of patients. Discovered by comparative analysis of the different groups of patients with mild moderate degree of with TRAb and heavier, the difference was statistically significant, while there was no significant relationship between with TGAb and TPOAb. , Of TRAb, of TGAb and TPOAb levels in patients with mild, in the the scrambling group Tanhuo level is higher than the other two groups. Moderate patients, TRAb in Yinxuyangkang group level higher than the other two groups of TGAb and TPOAb In the three syndromes type group difference was not significant. In patients with severe, TRAb higher than the other two groups at the level of the heart and liver Huo group of TGAb and TPOAb In the three syndromes type group difference was not significant. All patients in the comparison between the three groups of patients according to the classification of TCM syndromes of TRAb, of TGAb and TPOAb level differences were not statistically significant. [Conclusion] The in three syndromes packet and all the patients group, TRAb in severity between, TGAb and TPOAb has nothing to do with the severity. Most closely related to the relationship between of TRAb with pyrophlegm internal disturbance in patients with mild the TRAb and hyperactivity in patients with moderate is most closely related to the TRAb heart and liver Huo most closely in patients with severe, all patients TRAb no significant difference in the three certificates. The TGAb and TPOAb mainly in patients with mild scrambling close relationship with pyrophlegm. In patients with severe, the three certificates type group TGAb of TPOAb level differences, the difference was not significant.
