Abstract

\This theory was first produced in the \With modern medicine, especially in the continuous development of immunology, cell biology, and molecular biology, and other disciplines, people continue to deepen and enrich the understanding of the theory of \, have made some achievements. 1 purpose of this subject to the Lung and Large Intestine \modern scientific connotation, rich in Viscera theory, lung and colon theoretical and experimental study provides further learn from and support, at the same time provide a theoretical reference for the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary intestinal disease. 2 Methods 2.1 theoretical study of this subject using a combination of literature and logic analysis, to explore the mucosal immune receptor expression in the exterior and interior relationship of lung and colon, and related studies from the mucosal immune receptors angle reveal lung and Large Intestine the basic connotation important pathway is important, at the same time, it further enrich the theory of Chinese medicine organs, provide a reference for the theory in other organs. 2.2 Experimental Study 2.2.1 experimental animals healthy SD rats, female, 50, weighing 200 ± 20g. Randomly divided into five groups, n = 10, respectively, for the high-oxygen group, hypoxia group, hunger group, constipation group and normal control group. The hyperoxia group oxygen in a closed box feeding oxygen concentration of 40%, Liberal intake of fresh water, feeding five days; hypoxia group hunger group closed oxygen inside the feeding, oxygen concentration of 10% of the drinking water ad libitum feeding five days; , feeding, at room temperature 1/2 the average food intake, two minutes sooner or food, free water intake, keeping seven days; the constipation group room temperature feeding, 1/2 the average amount of water, two minutes sooner or water supply, free food intake, feeding 7 days; normal control group, room temperature, feeding ad libitum fresh water, and seven days of feeding. These groups are natural light, normal atmospheric pressure, humidity 50% -70%, temperature 22 ℃ -25 ℃. Hyperoxia group, hypoxia group than the other three groups two days later a formal experiment, five groups at the same time drawn. Abdominal aortic blood sacrificed (drawn from the first batch of five of the, take lung, jejunum, ileum, colon, rectum, kidney); lavage fluid, intestinal mucus (the second batch of five groups drawn). The indicators above 2.2.2 Detection by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was measured. 2.2.3 Experimental results of statistical analysis methods All data are expressed as mean ± standard deviation (x ± S) using SAS 8.2 statistical analysis software. And among groups compared using univariate analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA) test, P lt; 0.05 significant difference. 3 Results 3.1 The theoretical results \The exterior and interior relationship of the lung and colon is one of the important contents of the viscera table relationship with each other through the meridian network genus physiological and pathological. This function of the lung and colon is a manifestation of a variety of mechanisms and material together. Mucosal immunity and receptor is an important material foundation of modern biological mechanisms connotation of the exterior and interior relationship of lung and colon mucosal immune receptors investigate the feasibility and significance of pulmonary intestinal function Contact. 3.2 Experimental results 3.2.1 mucosal immune Experimental results Experimental results show that the high-oxygen group, hypoxia group, hunger group, constipation BALF sIgA content were higher than the normal control group. Hyperoxia group, hypoxia group, hunger group sIgA content was significantly higher than the control group (P lt; 0.05); hyperoxia group, hypoxia group intestinal mucosa mucus sIgA content was significantly lower than the control group (P lt; 0.05), and starvation, constipation group intestinal mucosa mucus sIgA content was significantly higher than the normal control group (P lt; 0.05). The hyperoxia group lavage fluid and intestinal mucosa mucus each index were significantly lower than the normal control group, the corresponding content of relevant indicators (P lt; 0.05). The hypoxic group lavage fluid content of IL-1β significantly higher than the normal control group (P lt; 0.05), intestinal mucus IL-1β content is lower than the normal control group, there was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05); alveolar lavage fluid and intestinal mucosa mucus IL-2, IL-6 levels were significantly lower than the corresponding normal control group (P lt; 0.05); lavage fluid and intestinal mucosa mucus TNF-α levels were significantly higher than normal control group (P lt; 0.05). Content of each indicator compared to the normal control group hunger alveolar lavage fluid and intestinal mucosa mucus, intestinal mucosa mucus TNF-α levels higher than the normal control group (P lt; 0.05), the rest of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and intestinal mucosa mucus IL-1β, IL-2, IL-6, TNF-α content were lower than the normal control group. Mucosa mucus IL-2 levels compared with the normal control group, no significant difference (P gt; 0.05), and the rest than normal control group were significantly different (P lt; 0.05). Constipation group lavage fluid and intestinal mucosa mucus content of each indicator compared to the normal control group, the content of IL-1β and intestinal mucosa mucus TNF-α content in the lavage fluid were higher than the corresponding normal control group (P the gt; 0.05), the rest of the lavage fluid and intestinal mucosa mucus indicators were significantly lower than the corresponding normal control group (P lt; 0.05). 3.2.2 receptors experimental results experimental results show, compared with groups IL-1β receptor content in the lung, jejunum, ileum, colon, rectum, IL-1β receptor content was significantly higher than the lung content (P lt; 0.05 receptor content of IL-1β), kidney lower than the content of the lung, the difference was not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05); jejunum, ileum, colon, rectum, IL-6 receptor content was significantly higher than the lung content (P lt; 0.05); kidney IL-6 receptor content was significantly lower than the lung content (P lt; 0.05) jejunum, ileum, colon, rectum, TNF-α receptor content was significantly higher than those in the lung content (P lt; 0.05); kidney TNF-α receptor content is lower than the content of the lung, the difference was not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05) 4 Conclusion sIgA is the material basis of lung and intestinal contact immune function, Contact benign lung and intestinal antibody. When the rats continued in high oxygen, hypoxia, hunger, constipation, lung and intestinal mucosal immune cytokines was overall consistent downward trend, which to some extent proved correlation lung and colon. IL-1β may be lung mucosal immune cells sensitive factor, so the higher levels in the lung; TNF-α in the less severe state of the mucosal immune response may play a protective effect on the lungs and intestines, and in the lungs and higher levels in the gut. Lung, intestine, kidney related cytokine receptor content descending order: intestinal gt; lungs gt; kidneys. Jejunum, ileum, colon, rectum cytokine receptor overall content convergence, this reveals a certain extent in the large intestine medicine in addition to including the colon, rectum, and also includes part of the jejunum and ileum. Intestine related cytokine receptors are high levels of the body free type cytokine receptor may be related to intestinal reabsorption relevant. The lung cytokine receptor content below the intestinal content, may be associated with lung water passage related turbid liquid \Kidney cytokine receptors lowest content, which may be related to the kidney itself has a detoxification function, some cytokine receptors, relating to exclude their own organs. Mucosal immune receptors is an important mechanism of lung and bowel function. However, due to the relationship of the lung and large intestine table is a result of a variety of substances and mechanisms, only from the the mucosal immune receptors angle research still can not fully reveal the biological mechanisms of the lung and colon exterior and interior relationship connotation, will be from a broader level to carry out comprehensive research.
