Abstract

This thesis is divided into two parts of the theoretical research and clinical studies. The first part of the theoretical part is divided into two overview. First review: \obesity and diabetes Relations Research Survey \The second part is the part of the clinical research. Objective: to obese non-diabetic and obese type 2 diabetes Syndrome difference reveal the distribution characteristics of obese type 2 diabetes in Chinese medicine syndrome, lay the foundation for the study of standardization of clinical diagnosis and treatment of obesity, type 2 diabetes; observation obese nondiabetic and obese diabetic patients the differences between general information and clinical data, as well as various syndromes of obesity, type 2 diabetes and related indicators, to lay the groundwork for obesity prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods: 179 obese patients were divided according to whether the risk of type 2 diabetes obese non-diabetic patients and obese diabetic group, syndrome develop guiding principles of TCM new drug clinical research standards of TCM syndrome, divided into yin and yang Qi, blood, qi and blood stasis, liver yang, phlegm, colorectal heat, swelter, hot and humid, respectively, compare their gender, age, height, weight, body mass index, waist circumference, the course of the disease of obesity, family history, blood pressure , blood sugar, cholesterol and other differences. The results were statistically analyzed and compared using the t-test, t 'test and non-parametric tests; count data was used to compare the X2 test; syndrome factor and laboratory parameters using bivariate correlation analysis of the measurement data. Results: 1, obese non-diabetic group and obese diabetic groups in gender, age, height, weight, BMI, family history of obesity, TC, LDL-C was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05); obese non-diabetic and obese diabetic group in the waist, the course of the disease of obesity, blood pressure (systolic and diastolic), fasting glucose, TG, HDL-C were significantly different (P lt; 0.05); obese non-diabetic group and obese diabetic groups Syndrome Distribution There are significant differences (P lt; 0.05), obese non-diabetic group phlegm mainly obese diabetic group mainly stagnant heat. 4, FBG Yin Deficiency and junction heat syndrome was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05), correlation coefficients were 0.232 and -0.236; the TG and qi permit and junction heat syndrome correlation analysis was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05), the correlation coefficients were -0.233 and 0.215; HDL-C and Yin Deficiency significant correlation analysis, the correlation coefficient of -0.211. Conclusions: 1, obese diabetic patients with major syndromes characterized based on swelter (Syndrome) stagnant heat of obesity diabetes syndrome type; 2, the waistline of obese diabetic group, the course of the disease of obesity, blood pressure, fasting glucose and TG obese non-diabetic group was significantly higher than the level of HDL-C was significantly lower than the non-diabetic group. Yin Deficiency with FPG was positively correlated, negatively correlated with HDL-C; the junction heat syndrome with FPG negative correlation, positive correlation with TG into; the qi certificate and TG were negatively correlated.
