(P<0.01) IBS-D patients and normal human plasma MOT level there are significant differences. (P<0.05)3.3 IBS-D of deficiency of spleen and stomach and IBS-D in patients with liver Mong 5-HT, MOT level in plasma of patients with spleen-deficiency type not significantly different.4、Conclusion4.1 Chinese medicine dialectical Shi Yaoke improves the IBS-D patient’s symptom obviously, has the complex therapy function to the IBS-D patient.4.2 Application can significantly reduce IBS-D of TCM syndrome differentiation of spleen-stomach weak-and IBS-D in patients with liver Mong 5-HT, MOT level in plasma of patients with spleen-deficiency type.4.3 Blood plasma 5-HT, the MOT level prompts not obviously to IBS-D weakness of spleen and stomach patient and the IBS-D liver prosperous spleen weakness patient’s Chinese medicine dialectical minute.4.4 Blood plasma 5-HT, the MOT level may take the IBS-D diagnosis the conventional assistance inspection, but must determine the IBS-D laboratory inspection value also to have the further investigation and study.
