Abstract


At present, China is in full swing to build a harmonious social relations , and the doctor-patient relationship is an important part of this goal . Harmonious society needs a harmonious doctor-patient relationship . Building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship , not only conducive to the maintenance of medical order , but also helps to reduce conflicts and maintain social stability , promote economic development and social progress. At present, China faces many new doctor-patient relationship contradictions and new problems , some disputes between doctors questioned and conflicts are being replaced by mutual trust and cooperation , leading to awkward and tense doctor-patient relationship . This deterioration of the doctor-patient relationship is a serious impact on the health care market. Therefore , building a harmonious socialist health has become an important part of a harmonious society . As a health care service industries , in building a harmonious society, harmonious health the focus should be to establish a good and harmonious doctor-patient relationship start, between the medical staff and patients to establish equality, mutual respect, mutual support , mutual understanding , mutual cooperate actively involved in the treatment of common diseases faith relations . In this paper, the relevant legal, moral , ethical , and cultural in mind , with the Mass Psychology of group conflict , group communication and other theories , explore the doctor-patient relationship existing conflicts and focus , analyze the deep-seated causes behind the problem and trying to establish a way of promoting mutual adaptation between the patient groups , mutual tolerance, mutual development of harmonious relations .
