Abstract


Today's society , as and social medical technology continues to progress , the medical services the continuous development of the patient to the hospital when the demand for more and more complex and diverse . Order to meet the needs of patients with a variety of medical services , medical institutions to bear the responsibility not only to patients with medical treatment, but rather to provide a full range of medical and health services for patients and their personnel . The purpose of this article is the in -depth analysis of patient satisfaction , patient satisfaction as a key factor to measure the work of medical institutions , hoping to improve patient satisfaction as one of the ways to enhance the economic and social benefits of the medical institutions for medical institutions development and decision-making personnel decisions to provide advice and evidence . The specific method is based on the concept of customer satisfaction is very mature in management science , combined with the characteristics of the health services industry , the use of the concept of patient satisfaction, patient satisfaction, to illustrate the influence and role in the development of medical institutions . On the basis of this study , in-depth analysis of the various factors that may impact outpatient satisfaction analysis and screening to select indicators of outpatient satisfaction index system , to determine the quality of service , medical expenses , medical environment , medical the results, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty constitute an indicator of the index system ; drawn 32 of the three indicators that can be measured according to their composition and characteristics , and use AHP method for quantitative analysis of various indicators data as well as to its allocation weight. The index system to do empirical research , to draw the following conclusions : the patient is still on the medical effects of this indicator is most concerned about a two Grade , a county hospital outpatient department patient satisfaction evaluation ; treatment wait time \the analysis of the main reason is that the precision and accuracy of the medical equipment in the hospital up to less than the needs of the patients .
