Abstract


With the acceleration of the process of industrialization and urbanization, social competition is becoming increasingly fierce, this social pressure not only affects adults, to a certain extent also the subtle influence of groups of young people, young students not only under the pressure of academic life, and will have to face multiple pressures to integrate into society. Important group of young people to become community is concerned, at this stage of their healthy development related to the country's future and the future of the nation, and to promote their full and healthy development is particularly important in the full implementation of quality education today. The moment young people, especially the young people of school age almost all there are mood swings, learning to adapt to the poor, the changing role of contradictions and other issues. If these problems are long-term can not be resolved, is bound to affect the physical and mental health of young people on this issue, the lack of young people in learning and life is a positive attitude, this mentality mostly through the emotional experience reflected and positive emotional experience but also from during your workout, young people once more positive emotional experience, subjective awareness will be a pleasure, this pleasure we call subjective well-being. Subjective well-being is a psychological experience, is an important measure of individual quality of life and social psychology parameters, one important indicator of mental health. Physical exercise and mental health are closely related, physical exercise can improve the function of the body, promote the development of physical and mental health, to experience the pleasure of goals. Therefore, the strengthening of youth physical exercise, develop good exercise habits, to enhance their overall physical and mental health is very important and urgent problem. This study visits youth sports habits, subjective well-being as well as the relationship between them, and to further explore the \In this study, literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and other research methods, Jinan City, five junior high school of 466 students surveyed, sports habits questionnaire, physical exercise of SWB, Simplified Coping Style of Table, Life Events Scale were investigated. SPSS15.0 statistical analysis, and the results were analyzed. The hypothesis of the study include: 1. Levels of subjective well-being of young people to participate in physical exercise there is no significant gender difference. 2 young people to participate in physical activity level of subjective well-being in a sedentary there are significant differences. 3 of subjective well-being of young people to participate in physical exercise there were significant differences in the amount of sports variables. 4 different forms of organization for young people to participate in physical exercise there are significant differences in the level of subjective well-being. Coping style in adolescents participate in physical exercise impact on SWB play the role of mediating variables. Young people to participate in physical activity levels of subjective well-being there is no significant difference in gender; significant difference in the comfort and self-enrich the experience dimension score on the conditions of this study, the main conclusions are as follows: Exercise habits of the number of young people less than the number of young people without exercise habits; sedentary young people there are significant differences on the physical exercise of subjective well-being, exercise habits of young people SWB level higher than movement habits of young people. (3) the amount of youth sports division: small amount of exercise, moderate exercise, a large amount of exercise, three different level of physical activity of young people on the subjective level of happiness exist significant differences, the study showed, moderate and above the amount of exercise the young people in the SWB level on high. 4 young people to participate in the organizational form of physical exercise is divided into: a single person, together with their peers, families and schools to organize four forms. Four different exercise forms of organization significant difference in the level of subjective well-being, which young people in the family organization formally the highest level of subjective well-being, and then in turn are with a companion in the form of school organizational form, the form of a single person. 5. Coping style can not afford the role of mediating variables in the process of physical exercise and subjective well-being, physical exercise is a positive coping style.
