Abstract


On the basis of the relevant literature , this study as the background to the Chinese local culture , gathered in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai , Wuhan , Xi'an to ant individuals as subjects, the use of open-ended questionnaire survey and interviews to collect items of the questionnaire , on the basis of the results of project analysis and factor analysis , ultimately, into the ant tribe pressure constitute the questionnaire , and the use of t-test and variance analysis statistical methods demographic variables of ant tribe pressure difference on the total score and dimension were compared and analyzed . This study is pressure on the ant tribe and sense of coherence , the relationship between subjective well-being among study . The main conclusions of this study are: (1) self ant tribe pressure constitute questionnaire consists of four dimensions : the future of employment, the survival of the state and marginalized . The performance analysis shows that the questionnaire has high reliability and validity . (2) ant pressure constitute a higher level overall , there are differences on the demographic variables and the total score and each dimension . (3) ant pressure groups constitute their subjective well-being there is a significant negative correlation the ant tribe Pressure constitute the sense of coherence there was a significant negative correlation , the level of sense of coherence and subjective well-being there is a significant positive correlation . (4 ) The sense of coherence is pressure in the ant tribe and subjective well-being plays an intermediary role .
