Abstract


Prospective memory once thought to be a special form of working memory, with further research, prospective memory has become a special memory shape, with its own unique research methods and theoretical system, but also from the level of brain mechanism confirmed Prospective Memory and Working Memory, but it is undeniable that exists between the two complex linkages. At present, foreign scholars have focused on this problem, but only based on working memory load increases affect prospective memory performance of this conclusion, suggesting that prospective memory is needed to occupy cognitive resources for processing, thereby supporting policy control processing theory, and relevant domestic Research surviving blank. This study first event of prospective memory are outlined, including basic concepts, basic research and cognitive neural processing theory introduction, literature review and then put forward three hypotheses: (1) dual-task and task switching in two experimental process conditions, the reaction of prospective memory tasks are different, and this difference is not the main source of ongoing task interference; (2) only when the ongoing task of working memory load is large enough to carry out the tasks for the prospective memory task effects can be observed; (3) the introduction of prospective memory tasks of working memory load this variable, the previously observed effects may have affected the increase as the former is more obvious. Then through the three experimental study reached the following conclusions: (1) When performing the working memory task load is low, both tasks under the prospective memory task reaction process when there are differences, it is converted to the task due to the need for ongoing Tasks carried out suppression caused; (2) ongoing working memory task load is high, the inhibitory effect of the above is no longer dominant, while the central executive cognitive enhancement effect of competition for resources, resulting in the reaction with the prospective memory task the increase, and the two kinds of reaction process brings the difference decreases; (3) For the working memory task load is high, the prospective memory working memory load increases, the same effect on the reaction, namely, the tasks and prospective memory task of working memory load on prospective memory reactions are negative role, but the role of the latter from the data point at the critical level of significance, therefore remains to be further research and discussion. Finally, three experiments were performed in the whole discussion and summary of this study further pointed out that innovation and inadequacies, and in experimental studies to give me help and guidance of you teachers and students to express my sincere gratitude.
