Abstract


As the international economic integration and accelerated development of economic globalization, countries increasingly frequent exchanges between the business and commercial disputes abound. Along with the international community continue to seek appropriate dispute resolution mechanism. Commercial arbitration with its convenient, fast, flexible, and efficient commercial advantages in favor of parties to the dispute. In the arbitration proceedings, the release and implementation of interim measures proceedings in terms of the whole significance is directly related to the success of the arbitration proceedings and the verdict on the success achieved. But the international community in the lack of uniform legislation and implementation of interim measures issued legal provisions, in practice often encounter many problems. In this paper, comparative analysis and empirical analysis method from the meaning of provisional measures, features and necessity of the release of interim measures and extraterritorial enforcement of interim measures and other aspects relevant legal provisions of States to analyze and solve these problems put forward their views. Conclusion, pointing out that the current international legal issues concerning certain interim measures trends and improve our interim measures that the legislation and practice of urgency.
