Abstract


Currently, our court hearing a lot of non-v. administrative enforcement cases, the difficulty in enforcement and implementation of chaos \v. Administrative Enforcement Hearing System, the introduction of non-judicial practice and achieved good social effects, through hearings, not only standardize the execution behavior, to ensure the fair enforcement of the award, justice, and also safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the administrative counterpart, avoid intensifying social contradictions, has played a pivotal role in the construction of non v. Chief executive hearing system. This article is divided into three parts introduction, body and conclusion. In the introduction, the author first introduces the background of thesis writing for our Court judicial practice as well as non v. administrative enforcement cases problems, some of the district court issued a non-v.
