Jury system as a part of the judicial system of transferring to the public , giving people the opportunity to participate in the trial , for the realization of justice and the promotion of democratization of Justice has a very important practical significance. Our jury system has been introduced from the Qing Dynasty over a hundred years of history, our jury system basically established at this stage , but in the actual operation , there are still many problems. On our jury system in-depth study of the jury system and then solve the practical problems faced is very necessary . In this paper, the jury system as the research object , starting from the history of the jury system , analyze the function of the jury system and the status of our jury system and defects , in order to try to improve our jury system .
