Abstract


The community corrections corresponding to a sentence of imprisonment imposed performed originated from Britain and other developed Western countries , is a concrete manifestation of the sentence socialization , individualized , humane , and the execution of punishment by strict increasingly wide world trends specifically reflect the countries security and respect for human rights in the concrete implementation . February 25, 2011 , the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress to vote through a penalty amendment ( h) The amendment provides that \In this context , the problem of the author through the concept and characteristics of community corrections , theoretical and practical value , the history and status quo of China 's community correction , our corrective work exists , specific measures to improve several aspects of trying to China Community Corrections do something useful . This paper is divided into five chapters . Chapter Overview of Community Corrections . This chapter explains the concept of community , community corrections , listed the characteristics of community corrections , the nature of community corrections ; Chapter II , the theoretical foundation and the practical significance of the Community Correction . This chapter reviews the historical development of the community corrections system in our country , and based on that of Community Corrections object , content , tasks , and procedures ; Chapter of the existing problems in the community corrections work . Tion concept of the chapter on the population at large serious lack of relevant laws and regulations , the talent shortage of financial resources of the community correction work specific analysis expounded ; fifth chapter , suggestions for improvement of the work of community corrections .
