Abstract


The law adjusts every aspect of work and daily life of the people. Administration of justice bears the sacred mission of safeguarding the social justice,protecting the people’s legal rights, promoting the social stability. Justice is the primary objective and the highest value of the trial, having direct impact on social stability and harmony. Socialism with Chinese characteristics is four-in-one of socialist economic construction, political construction, cultural construction and social construction. Social construction and social management as an important part of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, is more importance in the new situation. Social management innovation is one of the three Political and legal priorities that determined by central authorities. The close relation of judicial administration and social management decides that the People’s court, as the trail subject, shall actively participate in social management and will have plenty of opportunities for participation in social management innovation.If the people’s court wants to participate in social management innovation, it needs the updates of judicial concept, innovation of judicial practice, and extension of judicial functions. This paper will, based on analyzing the meaning and significance of the people’s court participating in social management innovation, through the investigation and analysis on the people’s court participating in social management innovation, deeply analysis the measures and path for the people’s court participating in social management innovation, especially the rule and extension of the function exertion and so on, to expect that the people’s court will play a more active role on the construction harmonious society .This paper is composed of six parts. The first part mainly analyzes the functional value on the people’s court participating in social management innovation, and focuses on the significance and necessity of the people’s court participating in social management innovation. The second part mainly analyzes the status of the people’s court participating in social management innovation, and on the basis of discussing the function of the people’s court, analyzes the role orientation and innovative content of the people’s court participating in social management innovation. The third part mainly analyzes the condition of the people’s court participating in social management innovation. The fourth analyzes the people’s court how to participate in social management innovation around the functions of the people’s court. The fifth part analyzes the scope of the people’s court participating in social management innovation to extend and develop service. The sixth part analyzes that the people’s court should extend and expand the services of participating in social management innovation analyzes thoughts and advice on the people’s court participating in social management innovation.
