Abstract


In China's integration into the global market economy in the process of mergers and acquisitions have become increasingly frequent. However, due to China for the enterprise to the legal provisions to protect the interests of workers there are some flaws, there has been a lot of mergers and acquisitions in the fact that against the interests of workers.
