Abstract


In the field of engineering construction , EPC model has entered a rapid development stage. But in the EPC cost management , our general contractors still have problems. Study of EPC companies in the construction experience of the existing EPC project cost management ideas to organize improvements to the company to enhance the total package cost EPC project management capabilities , to promote enterprise development has important practical significance. At present , China's EPC contractor are mainly three types : one is the large-scale construction unit conversion from ; One is transformed from Institute ; One is the general contractor of the Commonwealth . This paper mainly transformed from Company D institute for the study, a comprehensive study of the EPC Company D project cost management models, methods , the current status of each stage . On this basis , this paper, the theory of management by objectives , cost estimation theory, corporate governance theory , the theory of supply chain management , construction management and other basic theory of theoretical knowledge, a comprehensive analysis of Company D EPC project cost management deficiencies . Then in the EPC project cost management theory, motivation theory and knowledge of bidding under the guidance of theory , in-depth analysis of the company D EPC project cost problem. Finally, we apply the principle dynamic management , enterprise information theory, tax planning theory, value engineering theory, construction site management theory of economics, management knowledge , to make clear the characteristics of EPC project cost management ; master effective EPC project cost control principles ; promotion of information technology ; shaping complex talent ; early in the project to improve cost estimates , tender offer is reasonable tax avoidance , attention to design optimization, procurement mechanisms regulate the development of strategic partnerships and procurement alliance ; implementation stage of the project implementation Bao does not include a new sub- materials packet mode , enhance change and visa control ; late in the project construction side of caution audited accounts , and actively prepared to work with the owners of the accounts and other countermeasures.
